The main objective is providing National committee for prevention of blindness "Right to Sight" with online system that will enable all health care facilities that has Ophthalmology department in UAE to register their patients' data. 

This service is to help UAE Right to Sight organization to meet the following goals:

• Prevent avoidable blindness in UAE by year 2020
• Recognize and treat visually impaired patients with reversible blindness and it will also help reach those with untreatable blindness by social workers for rehabilitation
• Reduce the cost spent on treating those patients by reducing the causes of avoidable blindness
• Estimate annual budget required for the recovery of patients with unavoidable blindness
