DOHMS is striving to serve you … better, faster and easier.

 Welcome to e-Medical Fitness (eMF) system. This online service allows you to apply for medical fitness tests required to apply for:
  • New visa or renew your current one at Department of Naturalization & Residency - Dubai (DNRD)
  • Vessel diriving license from Roads & Transport Authority (RTA)

 The procedure is as follows:

  1. You need a health card number (either valid or temporary). If you have one but do not remember the number, please call operation office at 04-2196834 or health card centre at 04-2192153 asking for your number. If you do not have a number, please visit e-Health Card site and apply for a temporary number.
  2. Once you have a number, select a request package (normal, VIP, etc) and fill the required fields with accurate information (steps 1 and 2).
  3. Double check the information you typed in step 3 and choose your payment method. You can pay:
    • Cash (at a counter): If you choose to pay cash, your online registration process ends with step 4.
    • Online (credit cards or eDirham): If you are paying online, you will be redirected to Dubai e-Government ePayment Gateway. Once you complete the payment, your registration process ends with step 5.
  4. At the last step, you are will be given a reference number. You will need the number for any future reference or enquiries (call operation office 04-2196834 or email ITHelpDesk@dohms.gov.ae). You must also print a hard copy of the registration form (click Print Form button).
  5. You must visit a primary health centre that provides medical fitness service with the following documents:

    Jet Skis Driving License (JSL) Required Documents
    • Registration form or reference number or health card number
    • Passport copy
    • Two (2) passport photographs
    • License application form

    Others (Normal, Food Handlers, VIP, DIFC) Required Documents
    • Registration form or reference number or health card number
    • Passport copy
    • Two (2) passport photographs
    • Residence permit copy
